  • Payments are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selection.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.
  • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in the Services (software, content, branding, and features) remain the property of Digital Inclusion and its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services according to your subscription level.


6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.


7. Security & Compliance

We implement strict security measures and comply with industry standards, but we cannot guarantee absolute protection against cyber threats. You are responsible for ensuring your own compliance obligations in regulated industries.


8. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime and performance but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur. Enterprise clients benefit from SLA-backed commitments.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Inclusion shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the fees you paid in the past 12 months.


10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse. Upon termination, your license to access Services ends immediately.


11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts .


12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
